Q: Can I cancel a pre-order?
A: Yes — pre-orders can be canceled before shipping by emailing support@molteza.com. Once shipped, it follows our normal return policy.

Q: Are limited edition items restocked?
A: No — limited edition pieces are produced in small batches and are not restocked once sold out, so we recommend purchasing quickly if you see something you love!
