We want you to love your Molteza purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return process subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Sale items, bodysuits, lingerie, accessories, and final sale items are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@molteza.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and our return address.

3. Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back using a trackable service.

4. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

• If your item was part of a Buy X Get Y or other promotional offer, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us at support@molteza.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will prioritize resolving the issue at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

• Check your bank or credit card account again.

• Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• If the issue persists, please email us at support@molteza.com.

7. Return Address

Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse or studio address provided via email. Do not send returns without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.

Molteza reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
